At Peincipal, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our women's dresses. If your boutique piece doesn't perfectly match your silhouette or style, we are here to ensure a graceful return process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your dress must remain in the exquisite condition it was received:

  • Pristine State: The dress must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any perfumes, makeup stains, or alterations.
  • Original Tags: All designer tags and security seals must remain attached and intact.
  • Fabric Protection: Delicate materials like silk, lace, or chiffon must be handled with care to avoid snags.
  • Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" or personalized evening gowns are non-returnable.
GARMENT CARE ALERT: Please ship all returns in a sturdy box. Do not use soft mailers for structured gowns, as crushing the fabric or boning may lead to a rejected refund.

2. How to Return

Step 1: Email support@peincipal.com with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA).

Step 2: Securely package the dress in its original box with all protective tissue paper. Write your RA number clearly on the exterior.

Step 3: Ship via a trackable service (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to our atelier:

3. Refunds & Processing

Once our quality control team inspects your return (within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
