CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGE

At Peincipal, we move fast to ensure your boutique dresses reach you as quickly as possible. We understand that plans change—whether you’ve spotted a different silhouette, need a size adjustment, or entered the wrong address. Our fulfillment process is efficient, creating a narrow window for modifications.

  • Cancellations: Only possible before the order enters the "Shipping Process" (usually within 2-4 hours).
  • Changes: Address or item swaps (e.g., Maxi to Cocktail dress) can only be made before the order is packed.
  • Post-Shipment: Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot stop the gown. You must follow our Return Policy.

1. Our Fulfillment Timeline

To provide a premium service, our atelier team begins picking and packing shortly after your order is confirmed. Once a shipping label is created and your dress is boxed, the order is locked in our system. We cannot guarantee any change or cancellation request will be successful once this process has begun.

2. How to Request a Modification

To ensure the best chance of a successful change, please follow these steps:

1. Act Immediately: Email support@peincipal.com as soon as you realize a change is needed.

2. Use a Clear Subject: Use "URGENT" followed by your Order Number (e.g., "URGENT: Cancel Order #12345").

3. Provide Details: Clearly state the required change (e.g., "Change size from S to M" or "Update shipping address to...").

3. Scenarios & Outcomes

If Successfully Canceled: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If Successfully Changed: We will update your order and send a revised confirmation. Changing items may slightly delay shipping by 24 hours.

If Too Late: If your dress has already shipped, you may wait for it to arrive and initiate a return via our 40-day return window.

Can I add another dress to my existing order?
Our system doesn't allow adding items once an order is placed. Please place a new order for additional pieces.

What happens to my discount code if I cancel?
If you cancel your entire order, we can usually re-activate the single-use code for you—just ask our concierge team.
