Each dress page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips to match our silhouettes. If you're between sizes, our support team can offer personalized fit advice.

Can I modify my order after it’s placed?

To ensure fast delivery of your boutique pieces, we process orders quickly. Please email support@peincipal.com within 2 hours of ordering for any change requests.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Returns & Garment Care

What is your return policy for dresses?

We offer a 40-day return window. Dresses must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags. Please contact us to receive the return authorization and instructions.

How should I care for my Peincipal dress?

To maintain the fabric's integrity, we generally recommend professional dry cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water. Please check the specific care label inside your garment.
